Hello,
I’m Yousef Mehrdad Bibalan and this blog is my public digital notebook. Here I gather thoughts, experiences, and the lessons that come from a life spent among technology, research, books, and ordinary days. Some posts are deeply technical; others are reflections; many are simply an attempt to hold on to an idea worth remembering. My hope is that something here sparks your curiosity, challenges how you see things, or helps you solve a problem you’re stuck on.
The names come from home. Bibalan is a small village in Gilan Province, in northern Iran — small in size, but with a long history, and the place where my family’s roots run deep. Somamos is the highest peak in Gilan — a mountain I think of as a reminder to keep climbing: to stay curious, to persevere, to aim a little higher. Together, they remind me to stay rooted in where I come from while always reaching for where I might go.
Thank you for stopping by. I hope you enjoy reading these notes as much as I’ve enjoyed writing them.
